have you tried working out? it works for me. drink 8 cups of water a day, and for a snack eat apples. they are good for you and they fill you up so that you are not hungry. try to move as much as you can, and dont starve yourself. it only makes you gain more weight by producing for fat by the stomach because of stress. do this, and you are sure to lose weigh :)t, (oh yeah, and eat breakfast too)

Are you sure you should even be losing the weight first of all? My mates found that if her body doesnt need to lose the weight whatever she does, dont help.
But all the tips Colleen gave you are just about right, there aint more to suggest then what shes said.
Working out is a get way to lose way, stay healthy & keep your self fit all at the same time, dont over do your self though if your not used to working out, say 30 mins each time you go to do it?
Only eat the key meals of the day & trying not to snack also helps, eating meals that are healthy for you & a mixture of all food groups will help. Your not going to lose weight & still stay healthy if all your going to eat to lose weight is salad 24/7.

well maybe ur just not fat or chubby u probably dont need to lose weight
